Rick Carter, oversees the customer service, purchasing, scheduling and the shipping responsibilities of PTM; the glue that keeps our team organized and on time. At a moment’s notice, you can find Rick knee deep ordering, material purchasing or scheduling of deliveries with the detailed precision our customers can count on; truly a quality employee and a great team player.
Janeane Cappa is the office administrator who runs our office with great care; always going above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service. Janine is often the first “face” of PTM when answering the phone, always courteous, with a “can do” attitude that our customers can count on.
Gary T. Siedlik is the owner and President of PTM since 1993. As a self-made business owner, Gary has focused a large majority of his expertise within the tooling and machining industry. Also, as an active member of the Western Massachusetts Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association, Gary continuously engages with industry experts to bring the latest technologies and best production practices to his company.
His community involvement and commitment to keeping the local machine tooling trade strong within the Western Massachusetts area continues to be demonstrated through his involvement with the Western Massachusetts Manufacturing Group and the Regional Employment Board of Hampden County. Both organizations strive to introduce middle and high school students to employment opportunities within the machining industry.
